1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging HAUL4U for trucking, delivery, or notary services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
HAUL4U provides:
• Trucking and delivery services (transportation of goods and materials).
• Notary services (certification of documents as permitted by North Carolina law).
All services are subject to availability and a written service agreement or invoice.
3. Payment Terms
• All services will be invoiced.
• Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur fees of 500 USD.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and/or legal collection efforts.
4. Cancellations & Termination
• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• If the Client terminates before the completion of the agreed service term, the Client will be responsible for paying a penalty equal to the remaining balance of the contract term.
• HAUL4U reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
5. Liability Limitations
• HAUL4U will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods and provide services on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• For deliveries: HAUL4U is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business disruptions.
• For notary services: HAUL4U acts only as an impartial witness and assumes no liability for the legality, truthfulness, or content of the documents notarized.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and complete information for deliveries or notarizations.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and legal compliance of goods for transport.
• Be present (or have an authorized representative) at the agreed time and location for services.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, NC.
9. Amendments
HAUL4U reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
